A First Look at Excelforce's New Payroll & Time Experience

We're excited to introduce a redesigned Payroll and Time experience coming soon to Excelforce.

Over the coming months, Excelforce will begin introducing a new Payroll & Time experience designed to provide a simpler, more intuitive workflow.

Depending on your configuration, you'll see updates across Payroll, Time Prep, and supporting reports. The goal is to improve visibility throughout the payroll process while helping simplify everyday payroll tasks.

Below is a preview of some of the enhancements you'll see as the new experience becomes available.

A New Way to Start Payroll

The new Payroll home screen brings together the payroll options you use most into one convenient location.

From this screen, you can:

  • Pick up where you left off on payrolls already in progress
  • View recently finalized payrolls
  • Access off-cycle payroll options
  • Navigate additional payroll tasks from a centralized homepage

The updated layout makes it easier to find the payroll tools you need from the moment you enter Payroll.

Batch Imports & Pay Statements Made Easy

Managing pay statements is now more convenient with a dedicated import window.

From one location, you can:

  • Upload payroll batch files
  • Add pay statements
  • Import multiple pay statements
  • Void pay statements

Keeping these actions together makes routine payroll maintenance easier to access throughout the payroll process.

  • Scheduled Earnings
  • Direct Deposits
  • Withholding Forms
  • Unapproved Timesheets
  • Pending Timesheet Change Requests
  • Time Off Pending Approval
  • Accrual Balances
  • Pre-Check Report

Having these reports readily available helps you review payroll information without navigating away from your current workflow.
