Using the HCMToGo App: How to Access Excelforce on Mobile

 

Step 1

  • Search the term ‘HCMToGo’ from your device’s app store. Download the app.

Step 2

  • Choose your region.
  • Enter your Company Short Name (provided in your welcome email).
  • Tap Continue.

 

 

 

Step 3

  • Enter your username and password (also in your welcome email). Then, tap login.

Need Help?

  • Make sure your company short name, username, and password match the welcome email exactly.
  • Still having trouble? Contact your manager or HR administrator to reset your login.

 

Step 4

  • Choose your two-factor verification method, then tap Send Code.

Step 5

  • Enter the verification code and select Verify.
  • Optional: Check the box to skip two-factor authentication on this device for 30 days.

  • If the screen indicates that your account is locked, please reach out to your manager or HR administrator to unlock your account.

Step 6

  • Set a new password by entering your current (temporary) password from your welcome email.
  • Create and re-enter a new password.
  • Then, tap Change Password.

 

 

Step 7

  • Set up a security question and answer, then tap Change.

  • When prompted, tap Allow to enable location (used for clocking in/out).

Congratulations, you’re all set! You’ve successfully enrolled in the app.
